Users should be able to create/derive reviews in a way, that they form a review time series.

Store the time at which survey created
Put surveys into relation to one another
- Need to prevent users from editing the survey structure, i.e. add/remove skills, since this would make it hard to align values over time
- think whether this is really necessary or whether we can just warn the user about editing the structure and visualize changed structures nonetheless
- Question: Would such a visualization always just use the skills in the latest instance and try to align with previous instances, leaving empty missing skills or should it present a union of all skills ever defined in this series?
