In situations where the survey creator should not be able to correlate the responses with individual users, the tool should support storing the results in a fully anonymous way. The creator must still be able to see who's responded and who hasn't, but shouldn't have the ability (even with database access) to find out who responded what. This probably also means hiding the results until a reasonable number of them have been provided.
